1. Courses
OptimityFX NextGen Academy provides online education — self-paced recorded courses and live cohorts in video editing, color grading, music production, AI tools and related creative skills. Course content, format and access duration are described on each course page.
2. Enrollment & Payments
Courses are charged in full at checkout. One-time enrollment grants ongoing access to the purchased course as described on its page. All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated.
3. Access & Accounts
Course access is personal to the enrolled student and may not be shared, resold or redistributed. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We may suspend access for breaches of these Terms.
4. Refunds
Course enrollments are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, including a 7-day refund window subject to the conditions stated there.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials — videos, slides, project files and assignments — are the property of OptimityFX and are licensed to you for personal learning only. They may not be copied, recorded, resold or redistributed.
6. Student Responsibilities
You agree to engage with course materials lawfully and respectfully. Any work you submit for assignments must be your own or properly licensed, and must not infringe third-party rights.
7. Certificates
Certificates of completion are issued on meeting the stated completion criteria for a course. Certificates recognize participation and completion and do not constitute an accredited qualification unless explicitly stated.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, or use our services for unlawful, infringing or harmful purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OptimityFX's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in our registered place of business.
