Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when and how you can cancel an order or request a refund for purchases made on OptimityFX. By completing a purchase you agree to the terms below. This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

1. Recorded Courses (NextGen Academy)

For self-paced recorded courses, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content. After 7 days, or once more than 20% of the lessons have been accessed, the enrollment is non-refundable.

Exceptions — we will issue a full refund regardless of the window if: (a) the course content is inaccessible and we are unable to restore access within 7 days; or (b) you were charged in error or billed more than once for the same enrollment.

2. Live Cohorts & Workshops

Live cohort or workshop seats may be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before the start date. After a live cohort begins, fees are non-refundable, though recordings of any sessions you miss remain available to you.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel an enrollment before course access is granted by emailing us. Course access is typically granted immediately at checkout and is therefore subject to the refund windows above once delivered.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@optimityfx.com from the address used at purchase, with your order ID and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

5. Refund Processing & Timeline

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method via our payment partner. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days; the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
